Ingredients:
- Rib Eye Steaks
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Side dish ... potatoes, french fries, mixed veggies
Easy Cooking Steps:
- Take the beef from the fridge, make sure to defrost the beef completely, leave it to room temperature
- Heat the frying pan, either with oil or not
- Add the beef to the hot pan, fry 2 sides to brown with high fire to lock the juice
- Turn the beef every min., you may add some butter on beef if you cook it without oil
- Total cooking time is about 5 mins. to get medium rare
- Leave the beef on plate to rest for at least 5 mins to absorb the juice
- Then, serve with side dishes you have prepared
