Easy Cooking Steps:
Take the beef from the fridge, make sure to defrost the beef completely, leave it to room temperature
Heat the frying pan, either with oil or not
Add the beef to the hot pan, fry 2 sides to brown with high fire to lock the juice
Turn the beef every min., you may add some butter on beef if you cook it without oil
Total cooking time is about 5 mins. to get medium rare
Leave the beef on plate to rest for at least 5 mins to absorb the juice
Then, serve with side dishes you have prepared
