Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions:

For the best results, defrost the eel in its vacuum packaging under cold running water before heating.

• Oven (Recommended): Preheat your oven to 180°C. Remove the defrosted eel from the bag, place it on a baking sheet, cover it, and bake for 12 minutes (or until heated through).

• Microwave: Puncture several holes in the vacuum bag. Place it on a microwave-safe plate and heat on high for 3 to 4 minutes.

• Boil (Stove): Keep the eel inside its sealed vacuum bag. Place the bag directly into a pot of boiling water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
